Jarius is a great, great uncle who fought in the Civil War for the North with the 4th Michigan Volunteer Infantry. Choosing him gave me the opportunity to learn more about his life and to connect with one of my living uncles, who has dedicated a lot of his time to studying the Civil War and the Battle of Gettysburg where Jarius Hall fought.—Emilie Clark
